Rewild Early Years was born from seeing incredible childminders panic under inspection and forget to shout about all of their wonderful practice. It was born from seeing managers eating breakfast at their desk because their workload is too much for their working hours.
We are not out of touch with the struggles that leaders face. We remember wearing all of those hats - counselor, chef, gardener, mediator, secretary, chief laminator!
We can help you to overcome obstacles and challenges and ensure you go into every day being the best you that you can be.
Our Approach
We work with nursery leaders, childminders and early years professionals to review and refine policies, procedures and documents. We feel that there are enough ongoing changes in early years that are out of our control. Because of this we aim to make adaptations to strengthen practice without overhauling everything that you've already done. We believe that this supports staff and leaders to feel more confident and truly understand what is in place and why.

Who Are We?
Two of the biggest questions when seeking support from a consultant are always who are you and why should I trust you?
We started out as nursery apprentices, practitioners and room leaders before moving on to senior roles including nursery manager. Alongside this, we hold qualifications such as Masters degree in Education, Early Years Teacher Status and an Honors Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
Our nursery experience is over multiple settings and sites and includes working directly with all ages from babies through to holiday clubs.
Alongside this, we are up to date and currently practicing in inspection activities on a freelance basis.
